Looking inside the Sparta, from the front door. On the left side you see a glass partition. Behind the partition is more booth seating, kind of "special" seating.

The candy was made on the floors above and sold in display cases, not shown here.

My Father took me upstairs, to watch them make white, red and green candy canes at Christmas. My Mother loved the Sparta, took me there often to eat lunch. Always got a Tin Roof Sundae.

Sparta Update: 28MAY2018 Sparta is now a pizza/sub shop called Elliott's. Am told the beautiful Sparta sign has been taken down.
